Testicular Cancer

What is Testicular Cancer?

Testicular cancer is a tumoral growth that starts in the testicles and can sometimes spread to other areas of the body. While it constitutes 1% of cancers in men, its incidence is increasing.

Abnormal enlargement of the testicles and feeling and noticing a hard mass-lump are the most common findings and complaints. However, not every palpable mass or lump is cancer.

The most common sign to look out for is a painless lump on your testicle. Testicular cancer diagnosed and treated early has an excellent cure rate.
