Whether or not to have gastric surgery

family history of stomach cancer

Stomach Cancer - Ways of Prevention:
Limit the amount of alcohol you drink and don't use tobacco products.
Avoid eating smoked and pickled foods, salty meat and fish.
Eat plenty of whole grain foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain breads, cereals, pasta and rice.
Maintain your healthy weight.
